DocxMan -a system with a solution
DocxMan is a document management system for the comprehensive and specialized management of documents in any format. It offers the ability to setup, to manage, to archive documents and to find them again in the shortest possible time. DocxMan can also be web-enabled.

With DocxMan, documents in any format can be set-up in easy defined categories or cabinet structures. Documents stored in DocxMan can be found quickly, through several flexible search options. Automatic versioning helps users to restore older versions without a problem. Documents can be checked in and out of the system with the given privileges. Setting up the system and authentication is done in the Admin Console. Uploading and access of documents can be done through Windows or the Web.     Administrator: Sets up the entire System by creating cabinets, domains, user groups, indexing templates and specifying access rights of individual users and groups.

    User: Submits documents to the respective cabinets and searches for submitted documents.
    Document Search Methodology
    When submitting a document, the user will index the document. The documents are searched and retrieved on the basis of these indices, for which the System allows the Administrator to dynamically create indexing templates. The administrator who creates it decides the name, type and size of indexing fields.
